We are the fastest growing real estate company in the Estes Valley. We have grown from one Broker in 1995 to twenty Brokers and four support personel currently.

Mission

It is the mission of Prudential Team Realty to provide the highest ethical and moral service to the consumer in residential, investment, and commercial property.

These services will be provided through a highly trained staff of professional sales associates who will provide the wide range of services and professionalism often thought to be available only from large companies while giving the personal and individual service often associated only with a small company.

Prudential Team Realty will provide its sales associates the latest in computer technology, educational and legal aspects of real estate, advanced training, market forecasting and goal setting.

Function and Scope

1. Our primary service area will include the Estes Valley, including Estes Park, Allenspark, Lyons, Drake, and Glen Haven.

2. We will provide excellence in market evaluations, counseling on pricing of homes, negotiating and closing transactions.

3. We will provide skilled assistance in locating homes for our buyers, writing offers to purchase and arranging financing.

4. We will seek out investment opportunities for the small to medium investor concentrating on residential and small to medium commercial investment properties.
